Founder, AMP+

I’m a builder by trade and an entrepreneur at heart.

I started AMP+ because I kept coming back to a simple question: Why is it so difficult for ordinary working people to get a real financial starting point?

Most people I know work hard. They want to buy a home, start a business, provide for their family, or simply build some security. The problem isn’t ambition. Often, it’s knowing where to start.

I believe employers have an incredible opportunity to help create that starting point.

AMP+ is my attempt to make that beautifully simple. Employees contribute. Employers match. Over time, that money becomes theirs.
